What to Expect
Making a lifestyle change to improve your health can be difficult, especially without the right guidance and information. At Mid-Atlantic Quick Care, we have created a simple, effective, and safe weight loss program under the direction of our highly qualified medical providers. We want to assist you in each step in your weight loss goals.
At your first visit, the medical staff will determine your body mass index (using a BMI analyzer), obtain measurements, review your medical history, and complete a physical examination.
The health care provider will then determine the most appropriate program for you. Depending on the program and past medical history, you may need lab work or an EKG. All programs include weekly nurse visits, patient education, and a customized meal plan.
